We relish the task of preparing elegant and appetising dishes from an abundance of local ingredients, including fresh coconut and aromatic spices, the finest array of seafood and plenty of heavenly tropical fruit. Offering a true fine dining experience, Ras Nungwi's Ubora Restaurant & Bar is renowned for its excellent cuisine.

An English breakfast is served daily and comprises an inviting buffet with cereals, fresh fruit, breads and pastries, preserves, yoghurt, and eggs cooked to order. For lunch, enjoy our delicious daily specials including catch of the day and pasta and vegetarian options. Alternatively, the hotel's delectable a la carte menu can also be experienced in the open-air restaurant, by the pool, on the beach, or at the Jahazi Beach Bar. A five course table d’hote menu is served for dinner with occasional seafood buffets and barbeque dinners on offer.

Connoisseurs will also appreciate our winelist, the most extensive in the region, selected to appeal to all palettes and tastes. With the exception of our French champagnes, all wines are chosen from award-winning South African vineyards.
